Cancellation fees in winter 2020/21 & sommer 2021:
- Up to 14 days before arrival - free of charge
- from 13 days before arrival - 50% of the total amount
Should you not be able to start your vacation due to a shutdown on our part due to measures taken by the federal government, there are of course no cancellation fees.
