Together with Margit, he is always there when there is a need, but the two have already handed over the management of the hotel to the next generation - Tobi and Tamara.

As head chef at Hotel DAS Kohlmais, Tobi ensures the right taste and the perfect seasoning every day. He is the master of the kitchen, and you can usually find him there where he is pursuing his greatest passion: cooking. Of course, everything only works with a brilliant team in the background, but Tobi is the head of the kitchen. No plate leaves the kitchen without Tobi's "GO".

Tamara is responsible for reception & social media. In the beginning it was a bit difficult to find her way into "everyday hotel life" as a qualified health and nurse practitioner - but meanwhile Tamara loves her little kingdom at the reception and is happy to always be able to welcome new and well-known guests to DAS Kohlmais. The social media presence is also part of Tamara's area of ​​responsibility. Here she can express herself creatively and always keep the guests up to date.

Little Elina is already busy working with her mom at the reception desk or with her dad at the stove. She is also the big sister of little Lara, the youngest member of the Gappmaier family. Elina and Lara are the center of the whole family, and they already live and love the hotel life to the fullest.
