Our tips for you:
Xandl Stadl
The Xandl-Stadl is a “little bit of the authentic Glemm Valley“ at the foot of the Zwölferkogel. Here three siblings are in charge who adore their native region. And it's noticeable the moment you cross the threshold: products from their own farm, beautifully prepared and served with authentic hospitality, are what make a visit to the Xandl-Stadl so special. Our secret tip is accessible by car, with ease on foot from Hinterglemm and naturally on skis. It is an especially tempting destination after a lovely day’s skiing.
Wildenkarhütte
At the Wildenkarhütte an extensive range of dishes and drinks awaits you. As well as providing the opportunity to rest and recharge your batteries, you are also rewarded with a wonderful view of Saalbach Hinterglemm’s mountain scenery, which can also be savoured from the sun terrace. The Wildenkarhütte is located alongside the mountain station of the Schönleiten lift.
Rosswaldhütte
1,600 metres above sea level, nestling in a remarkable mountain landscape, the Rosswaldhütte has been synonymous with Austrian hospitality, tradition and congeniality since 1985. The Rosswaldhütte prides itself on the quality of its food and drink. Naturally traditional dishes take centre stage. In winter this hut is accessible via pistes 27 and 28 or on foot via the magnificent panoramic hiking trail from the Reiterkogel middle station (walking time approx. 30 minutes).
